The tablets never made their way to the launch stage. Now, rumors suggest that Samsung might release the Galaxy Tab S10 series in October.
The latest leaks saying the Galaxy Tab S10 series will at least include two models: a Galaxy Tab S10+ and a Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. Now, some interesting news on the hardware front has come up. A popular tipster, Ice Universe, hinted that the upcoming tablets might be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300+ chip rather than Qualcomm Snapdragon processors, as previously speculated.
Samsung Tab S10 Processor
MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ is an superfast octa-core processor. it have four cores running at a frequency of 2.0GHz, three cores reaching as high as 2.85GHz, and one core that goes up to 3.4GHz. It supports high-performance LPDDR5T-9600 RAM with UFS 4.0 storage to smooth, efficient usage in daily life.
Compared to the 2022 Galaxy Tab S8 series, this would be way bigger, as those were equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.
Worth noting, though, these are just details coming from leaks and rumors, as Samsung still hasn’t officially confirmed the specs and release date for the Galaxy Tab S10 series. The latest word is that Samsung might just forgo a regular Galaxy Tab S10 offering this year and move straight to the higher-end Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra instead.
The Galaxy Tab S10+ recently spotted on Geekbench with model number SM-X828U.so the listing, it could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, with 12GB of RAM and running Android 14.
